Strategic Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our white label partners. You will manage and nurture these relationships, ensuring that our partners are fully supported and satisfied with our digital solutions, digital marketing, and web design and development services. Your goal is to drive partner success, foster long-term relationships, and help expand our white label program.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between our agency and white label partners.
Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business model, goals, and pain points.
Ensure partners are fully equipped with the resources, tools, and knowledge necessary to deliver our services effectively under their brand.
Client Success:
Proactively manage partner accounts to ensure satisfaction and success.
Monitor the performance of services delivered, and address any issues or challenges promptly.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
Onboarding and Training:
Lead the onboarding process for new white label partners.
Provide training and ongoing support to partners on our products, services, and processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive partner guides and resources.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with partners to understand their needs and gather feedback.
Collaborate with partners to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Targeted Partner Onboarding:
Identify and onboard white label partners who are specifically engaged in digital marketing and web development services.
Ensure that new partners have a strong interest or established presence in offering digital marketing and web development solutions to their clients.
Strategic Alignment:
Collaborate with potential partners to assess their needs and ensure their business goals align with our digital marketing and web development offerings.
Focus on onboarding partners who will benefit from enhancing their service portfolio with our digital solutions.
Specialized Training:
Provide targeted training sessions that focus on our digital marketing and web development services.
Equip partners with the necessary knowledge and tools to successfully market and deliver these services to their end clients.
Product and Service Expertise:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of our digital marketing and web development services to effectively communicate their value to partners.
Work closely with partners to ensure they are confident in selling and implementing these specific services.
Growth Opportunities in Digital Sectors:
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our white label partnerships within the digital marketing and web development sectors.
Encourage partners to leverage our expertise to tap into new market segments focused on digital transformation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role within the digital marketing, web development, or digital solutions industry.
Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, web design, and development services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with white label partnerships is highly desirable.
Technical knowledge of web development and digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
