Reports To: Head of Project Management

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager in Digital Marketing to join our team. This dynamic and demanding role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing and project management, along with the ability to adapt to evolving industry trends. You will work closely with various internal teams and clients to achieve project goals and play a key role in driving the organization’s digital marketing strategy, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Project Management to align project objectives with organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, content, and development, to coordinate and streamline efforts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes and digital marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 5+ years as a Project Manager in the digital marketing space.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and incorporate them into project planning and execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of web is an added advantage.
