1. Creative Conceptualization & Design
– Develop visually compelling and brand-consistent designs for various digital marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online ads.
– Conceptualize and create original graphics, illustrations, and visual elements that align with the brand’s voice and campaign objectives.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and produce designs that meet creative briefs.
2. Video Editing & Production:
– Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, social media content, and client projects.
– Incorporate animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling and engagement.
– Ensure all video content is optimized for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and client websites.
3. Brand Consistency & Compliance:
– Maintain and reinforce brand guidelines across all creative outputs to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
– Ensure all designs and videos comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and client specifications.
– Review and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining brand integrity.
4. Collaboration & Communication:
– Work closely with copywriters, marketing strategists, and web developers to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to campaigns.
– Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions.
– Provide clear communication regarding project timelines, revisions, and deliverables.
5. Project Management & Timeliness:
– Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
– Prioritize tasks effectively and adjust timelines as necessary based on project needs and team feedback.
– Deliver final assets on time, ensuring they are ready for publication or client review.
6. Innovation & Creative Enhancement:
– Continuously explore new design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance creative outputs and stay ahead of industry trends.
– Experiment with new formats, styles, and technologies to push the boundaries of creative possibilities.
– Suggest and implement improvements in the design and video production processes.
7. Client Satisfaction & Feedback Management:
– Work on client revisions and feedback with a positive and solutions-focused attitude.
– Ensure all creative outputs meet client expectations and contribute to the success of their marketing objectives.
– Actively seek feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve client satisfaction.
8. Asset Management & Organization:
– Maintain an organized library of digital assets, including graphics, video clips, templates, and project files.
– Ensure proper version control and file management to facilitate easy retrieval and reuse of assets.
– Regularly update and archive project files to maintain an efficient workflow.
9. Performance Measurement & Reporting:
– Analyze the effectiveness of design and video content based on engagement metrics, such as click-through rates, views, shares, and conversions.
– Provide insights and recommendations for future projects based on performance data.
– Report on project outcomes and success stories to demonstrate the impact of creative work.
10. Learning & Professional Development:
– Stay updated with the latest design software, video editing tools, and digital marketing trends.
– Attend workshops, webinars, and courses to continuously improve skills and keep up with industry advancements.
– Share knowledge and best practices with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
