Job Description: PPC Specialist/Executive

Location: Nashik (On-site)
Position: PPC Specialist/Executive (2 Positions)
Experience Required: 2–3 years

About the Role:

We are looking for two experienced PPC Specialists who are passionate about driving successful e-commerce and lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of optimizing campaigns, achieving high ROAS, and meeting KPIs while staying updated with the latest PPC trends and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management and Optimization:

  • Develop, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms for both e-commerce and lead generation clients.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to improve campaign performance.
  • Optimize ad copy, creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize conversions and ROAS.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools to ensure targets are met.
  • Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports, highlighting performance insights and improvement strategies.

Keyword Research and Audience Targeting:

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis for effective targeting.
  • Identify high-performing audiences and refine strategies based on data insights.

A/B Testing:

  • Perform A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign efficiency.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in managing PPC campaigns for e-commerce and lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strong understanding of campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and quality score.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
  • Experience in setting up conversion tracking and audience retargeting.
  • Ability to manage budgets efficiently and ensure campaign profitability.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads is a plus.
