We are looking for a highly organized and driven Project Manager to lead our mobile and web app development projects. In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications that align with client requirements and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver app development projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings for Agile projects.
  • Ensure all project documentation, including timelines, requirements, and reports, is up-to-date.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication.
  • Monitor app development trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing app development projects (mobile and web).
  • Strong understanding of app development processes and lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and team management.
  • Technical knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and tools is a plus.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
