Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development or Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves handling prospective clients and ensuring they are successfully onboarded as clients for our digital marketing and web application development services. The ideal candidate will be a skilled deal conversion specialist with strong communication and negotiation abilities, capable of transforming leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Conversion:
    • Work closely with incoming leads to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.
    • Effectively pitch digital marketing and web application development services to prospective clients.
    • Address client concerns, answer queries, and negotiate terms to close deals.
  2. Pipeline Management:
    • Maintain a systematic follow-up schedule to ensure leads are nurtured through the sales cycle.
    • Track and report on conversion rates and client onboarding progress.
  3. Collaboration:
    • Partner with internal teams to create compelling proposals and pitches.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with closure efforts.
  4. Relationship Building:
    • Build trust and rapport with prospective clients to ensure a seamless transition to the project team post-closure.
    • Represent the company professionally during calls, meetings, and presentations.
  5. Target Achievement:
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in digital marketing or web app development domains.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • A self-starter with a passion for achieving results.
