At Nethority, we are looking for a talented Digital Marketing – Project Manager to join our team. You will manage our client portfolio to help our clients improve their Digital & Brand presence. As a Digital Project Manager, you should have solid experience in client servicing. You should also clearly understand how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long term client relationships with digital marketing strategies, and planning, and they executed on time.

Roles & Responsibilities

1)Develops Digital Marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying clients and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
2)Plans and executes all SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
3)Designs, builds, and maintains clients Performance marketing, SEO & Social media campaigns.
4)Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed for client’s business
5)Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
6)Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
7)Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
8)Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
9)Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
10)Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end clients experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
11)Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
12)Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends, SEMrush, etc.)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
